1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Vorbtech Innovative Solutions Ltd (“VIS”, “we”, “us”), a VAT-registered company in Nigeria. Vordia is a VIS service. If you buy or use Vordia on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that organisation.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data. The service terms shown at checkout summarise these terms; your purchase records the terms version you accepted.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be 18 or over and use Vordia for business or organisational purposes.
  • Use your own email address, keep your password private and give accurate information.
  • You are responsible for activity in your account and for inviting only contributors who are entitled to share the information you ask them for.
  • Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. The Readiness and Opportunity Brief

Each purchase covers one question for one organisation or one named department or team. A sponsor takes part, with up to two focused contributors. You receive:

  • a direct answer to your question: whether to use AI, solve the problem without AI, prepare first, or pause;
  • up to three prioritised opportunities, with the evidence, prerequisites and unknowns behind them;
  • a practical 30-day action plan with suggested owner roles;
  • initial findings after automated checks, followed by a separately versioned consultant-reviewed report;
  • a PDF of each report and secure access to your reports through your Vordia account.

The Brief does not include implementation, independent audits or certification, and it is not legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice. Recommendations rest on the information provided and the agreed scope, and conclusions about one department or team do not extend to a whole organisation.

4. Prices and VAT

First-cohort price: ₦29,000
Available for the first five completed purchases or until 6 December 2026 at 10:00 WAT, whichever happens first. The offer opens on 6 November 2026 at 10:00 WAT.
Standard price: ₦49,000
Applies after the first-cohort offer ends.

All prices are in Nigerian naira and include Value Added Tax at 7.5% under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025. VIS accounts for and remits that VAT from the price you pay; nothing is added at payment. Your quote shows the package, scope and total before you pay, and the total on your quote is the amount you are charged. Your receipt shows the VAT included.

We serve up to five active assessments at a time. When that capacity is full, new checkout may be closed until a place is available. A completed first-cohort purchase counts towards the five-purchase limit even if it is later refunded.

5. Payment and access

  • Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not receive your full card details.
  • Your quote reserves a place for 30 minutes. Do not use an old payment link after your quote expires; ask for a new quote instead.
  • A payment confirmation page on its own is not proof of payment. Your assessment access starts when we verify the payment with Paystack.
  • If your payment arrives after your reservation has expired, we honour the quoted price when capacity is available. Otherwise we refund you in full within five business days.
  • If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, we refund the extra payment in full within five business days of confirming it.

6. When you receive your report

You receive initial findings after our automated checks. Your consultant-reviewed report is due within three business days of your complete submission, meaning you have confirmed your assessment answers and any contributor tasks you rely on are finished or withdrawn.

Business days are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Africa/Lagos time, excluding Nigerian public holidays. A submission made outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day. The clock pauses while we are waiting for information or a decision from you, and restarts when you respond. If a report will be late, we tell you in your workspace.

7. Follow-up and corrections

After we deliver your consultant-reviewed report, you have a 14-day follow-up window to ask questions about it. Within that window you can also ask for one correction round for factual errors. A corrected report is issued as a new version with a summary of what changed; earlier versions remain on record.

Changing your question or scope, adding contributors or requesting further analysis is new work. We will agree its scope and price with you before starting.

8. Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel and receive a full refund on request at any time until you submit your assessment answers.
  • After you submit your answers, we refund you if we fail to deliver the service or miss the service window described above.
  • We process refunds to your original payment method within five business days of approving them. Your bank may take longer to show the credit.
  • A refunded first-cohort purchase does not reopen the first-cohort price for another buyer or for a new purchase.

To cancel or ask for a refund, use Request payment help on your purchase or email admin@vorbtech.com.ng. These terms do not limit any right you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

9. Your information and responsibilities

  • Give information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and say when you do not know something.
  • Only share information you are entitled to share. Avoid sensitive personal data and personal records about customers or colleagues.
  • Decisions about what to implement, and how, remain yours. Check recommendations against your own circumstances before acting on them.

10. How AI is used

Vordia uses an AI model to guide the assessment and prepare initial findings. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so initial findings are labelled as automated, unknowns stay visible, and a consultant reviews the assessment before the final report is published. We do not present unsupported benchmarks, invented sources or quantified savings as fact. See the Privacy Notice for how your data is handled.

11. Ownership and use of reports

You keep ownership of the information you provide, and you let us use it to deliver the service. Once you have paid, you may use and copy your reports for your organisation’s internal purposes and share them with your advisers. VIS keeps ownership of Vordia, its methods, templates and software. You may not resell the service or present a report as an independent audit or certification.

12. Confidentiality

We treat your assessment content and reports as confidential. Our staff and consultants access them only to deliver and support the service, and we disclose them only as our Privacy Notice describes or where the law requires.

13. Acceptable use

When using Vordia you must not:

  • access, or try to access, another organisation’s data or any part of Vordia you are not authorised to use;
  • share your sign-in details, or use another person’s account or invitation;
  • probe, scan or test our systems for weaknesses, or interfere with or overload them;
  • upload malicious code, or use automated tools to copy content from Vordia;
  • submit unlawful content, or content you have no right to share.

Unauthorised access to computer systems and data is an offence under the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act 2015, as amended in 2024. We may suspend access to protect Vordia, other customers or your data, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

14. Our responsibility to you

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, negligence or misrepresentation, or any right you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information given to us, or by decisions you make to implement a recommendation, and our total liability for any other claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.

15. Suspension and closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service at risk. If we close an account through no fault of yours before delivering a paid assessment, we refund that purchase in full. Records we must keep by law are retained as the Privacy Notice explains.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each version has its own version identifier and effective date. A purchase stays under the terms version accepted at checkout, and we will tell account holders about material changes before they apply to new purchases.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have a complaint, contact us first and we will try to resolve it promptly and fairly. You can also contact the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. Disputes that cannot be resolved are for the courts of Nigeria.
